The purpose of this committee is to develop an accurate financial forecast on a five year basis of the fiscal position for the Village of Gurnee. This will include projected revenues, expenses and to highlight any potential shortfalls or unforeseen challenges in the Village's funding streams to insure fiscal integrity, sufficient cash flow, and adequate funding reserves with the goal of placing the least financial burden on the residents.
