Notice of Suspension of Late Penalties and Disconnections
To assist residents and businesses during the Local, State and Federal response to COVID-19, the Village of Gurnee will be suspending all late penalties and disconnections for non-payment on Water & Sewer accounts for bills due in March and April 2020.
Regular water bills will continue to go out as usual. We ask residents to utilize our online payment service at https://eservice.gurnee.il.us/MSS/citizens/UtilityBilling/Default.aspx to make timely payments when possible. The Village will continue to assess the situation and will make future accommodations as necessary.
We will continue to work with residents on a case-by-case basis to establish payment arrangements for those experiencing health or financial hardship. As more information is available, the Village will make updates available to residents via our website at www.gurnee.il.us.
