Early Voting at Gurnee Village Hall & 16 Other Sites Begins Monday, October 19th
Starting on Monday, October 19th at 8:30 a.m., 17 sites across Lake County will be open for early voting and ballot drop-off. Gurnee Village Hall will be one of the host sites open to all Lake County voters.
As a host site for the Lake County Clerk, the Village of Gurnee expects significant voter turnout at Village Hall and has taken the following COVID-19 measures to ensure the safety of our customers & voters alike:
- All lines will be formed outside of Village Hall, marked and spaced six feet apart
- Voting lines will be organized by one way in, one way out
- Voting lines will be directed towards Hayner Avenue
- **UPDATED** Ballot drop-off can be done during early voting hours. Ballot drop-off can use the "Exit" entrance and bypass lines. .For other sites that may allow walk-up ballot drop-off, visit https://bit.ly/2GXyRxq
- The main entrance will be open ONLY for voting until after the election. The main entrance will re-open for Village business on Wednesday, November 4th
- The Administration window will be closed to customers until Wednesday, November 4th to accommodate early voting
- Customers wishing to pay their utility bill or conduct other Village business are encouraged to follow signage and use the Community Development entrance
